San Miguel Unveils New Campaign Celebrating Hong Kong’s Iconic Beer 

To refresh its brand identity and strengthen its connection with Hong Kong consumers, San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Ltd (SMBHK) launched a new thematic TV commercial on July 15, 2024. With the tagline “So Hong Kong, So San Miguel” (堅香港 堅生力), the TVC aired across popular television networks, including ViuTV, NowTV, HoyTV, and TVB. It also debuted on social media platforms such as Facebook and YouTube to reach a broader audience. The powerful new TVC underscores San Miguel Pale Pilsen’s authentic and enduring presence in Hong Kong, reinforcing its status as the city’s iconic beer.

SMBHK also rolled out a market-wide promotion, “So Hong Kong, So San Miguel”, across all channels to boost purchase and engagement. From August 12 to September 22, 2024, consumers who buy any San Miguel Pale Pilsen product from participating merchants can join a lucky draw by submitting their e-receipts and QR codes. With a total prize pool exceeding HK$200,000, the promotion offers exciting local prizes, including Hong Kong-style dining experiences and hotel stays. The grand prize awards HK$38,000 in free spending credit, adding to the campaign’s appeal.
